Listed as one of Georgia Trust’s Places in Peril 2020, this historic church was founded by freedmen after the Civil War. But today, she is in need of emergency repairs in order to preserve her history for future generations.  We believe Antioch is the most photographed rural church in Georgia, but she is declining rapidly now.
